Arabic language & Middle Eastern Cultures, Minor
The Arabic language & Middle Eastern Cultures minor offered through the World Languages and Literatures Department within the College of Liberal Arts is an exciting opportunity to broaden the understanding of relations in the Middle East. The minor program provides students with cultural augmentation and a broad understanding of the Arabic language, Middle Eastern culture and politics. To complete the minor, students must complete 18 credits, of which 12 credits must be taken through a specific grouping, while six credits may come from courses with a broader geographic and cultural focus. In addition, 12 credits must be upper-division courses. Courses taken through approved study abroad programs may also help to complete the minor.
