Take 5 Program
The Counseling Services Take 5 program reaches out to students where they are on campus by offering a variety of programs and services to help them become better at managing the stress of college life. Made possible through a grant from the Berger North Foundation, the Take 5 Program provides students the opportunity to interact with a mental health professional in locations that are convenient for them during the semester. It also provides a host of interesting and fun interactive activities that help reduce stress and build confidence and self-esteem.
Visit one of our locations to learn new skills, connect with others, develop positive coping strategies and make the most of your academic experience.
Students can walk-in for a brief consultation with one of our licensed clinicians
Take 5 offers a variety of workshops throughout the semester on a number of topics.
Stress Relief Activities
Stop by our table at one of our locations to relax, refocus and make the most of your academic day by taking a few minutes out to color, play with LEGOS or puzzles, learn about relaxation or test taking strategies, or just pick up some literature on a variety of mental health topics.
