Take 5 Program

The Take 5 program reaches out to students where they are on campus by offering a variety of programs and services to help them become better at managing the stress of college life. Made possible through a grant from the Berger North Foundation, the Take 5 Program provides students the opportunity to interact with a mental health professional in locations that are convenient for them during the semester. It also provides a host of interesting and fun interactive activities that help reduce stress and build confidence and self-esteem.

Visit one of our locations to learn new skills, connect with others, develop positive coping strategies and make the most of your academic experience.

Take 5 to stay pawsitive

Take 5 is happy to coordinate with local therapy dog organizations to bring the joy of being able to pet a pup on campus! Studies have shown that interacting with an animal can reduce blood pressure, relieve stress, reduce loneliness and improve your mood.

Updated schedule being planned.
