Step 1 – Navigate to your Accordion Folder
Navigate to the Accordions Folder in the CMS (Internal Components->Accordions)
Underneath of the Accordions folder find the folder that corresponds to your department (If it doesn’t exist please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for it to be created)
Step 2 – Create an Accordion List
Create an Accordion List by right clicking your department folder and selecting (New->Component)
A new screen will pop up, select “Create Accordion List” from the dropdown.
The naming convention for Accordion Lists is to place “AL: “ in front of the name of the accordion.
Step 3 – Create the Accordion Items
The next step is to create the Accordion Item’s that will be placed into the Accordion.
Right click your newly created Accordion List and select (New->Component)
A new screen will pop up, select “Create Accordion Item” from the dropdown.
The naming convention for Accordion Items is to place “AI: “ in front of the name of the accordion.
Step 4 – Add the Accordion Item to the Accordion List
The Accordion List needs to have all of the accordion items added to it in order for them to display on the web page.
To do this go back to the Accordion List you created and open up the “Accordion Item List” field near the bottom.
You can either drag and drop the Accordion Item you created into this or select “Pick” and find your accordion item
