Internship programs and classes

The Nevada Career Studio connects students to different internship programs and classes, including the Pack Internship Grant Program and an Academic Credit Option. Find out more about each of these options below.

Pack Internship Grant Program

The Pack Internship Grant Program provides funding for 60+ individual student internships with local businesses, nonprofits and public agencies every spring. The grant funds student wages at $12/hour for 120 hours. Any University of Nevada, Reno undergraduate enrolled in at least 15 undergraduate credits with a 2.75 GPA is eligible to apply.

Earn credit for your internship (Academic Credit Option)

ACE 400 is an internship course designed for students who will not receive academic credit through their major. As long as your internship is related to any course of study at the University, you are eligible to enroll. Enroll in ACE 400 to receive academic credit for your internship.
