Kirk Schmitz
Status: MA student
Biography: My name is Kirk Schmitz and I am in the third year of the master's program. My interests are Mesoamerican archaeology and bioarchaeology, specifically the use of stable isotopes in constructing mobility patterns. I am an archaeologist with the Urban Origins Project, which is currently working at the Formative period cave site of Oxtotitlán in Guerrero, Mexico.
Kirk is a part of the Human Paleoecology and Archaeometry Laboratory at UNR.
