Biography: Anna is a Ph.D. Candidate. Her Master's thesis examined prehistoric settlement patterns around Lake Lahontan, Nevada through site distribution and the lithic record.  She has experience in Cultural Resource Management (CRM) in both prehistoric and historic archaeology and has worked in the Great Basin and California. Her dissertation research focuses on the distribution, continuities and discontinuities of Catlow Twine basketry technology in the Great Basin and its use as a marker of cultural boundaries.
