Completed Software Accessibility Reviews
Any determination of accessibility represents testing based on specific use cases within our enterprise computing environment at the University. If you have questions as to whether the testing undertaken on this product applies to your specific use, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please refer to Completed Software Accessibility Reviews for a listing of all software that has undergone consideration from the ICT Software Accessibility Subcommittee. Select a row and then use the left and right arrows to scroll the screen. The "Approved for Described Use Case" column reflects committee approval status based upon a combination of product description and the description of how and where the product will be used. The Final Review Result key follows;
Accessible - the product, as of the date tested meets procurement guidelines for accessibility.
Not Accessible - the product, as of the date tested does not meet procurement guidelines for accessibility.
No Decision - a determination has not been made. Usually the result of a requestor decision not to pursue the process or the vendor unable to provide a VPAT.
EEAAP in Place - the requesting department has an approved Equally Affective Alternative Access Plan in place to address known deficiencies in the product.
Remediation Plan in Place - the vendor has provided the University with a commitment and time line to remediate known deficiencies in the product.
Exception Approved - the requesting department has an approved Exception Request in place that allows for procurement of the product for the described use case.
