Chris McClendon, Chair of the Information and Communication Technology Software Subcommittee presented the status of software accessibility testing, discussed forms in their current state with plans for workflow improvements, alerted the committee to upcoming dedicated positions funded by University administration for software accessibility testing and coordination, and made a motion to convert several physical signature workflows to electronic signatures. Ed Huffman, Director of Instructional Design Technology, presented on the status of a pilot program for instructional software trials.
