Celebration:
• Long-time Southern Nevada member Gene Segerblom recently was honored by the city of Boulder City on her 90th birthday. We join them in wishing her a Very Happy Birthday and Great Year Ahead!

Condolences to:
• The family of Harriet Smith, an NWHP member who passed away in Las Vegas. Also, our sincere sympathy to members Patricia McNutt, and Billie Kenney, both of whom recently lost their husbands.

Good Feedback:
• The series of articles taken from our Web site on historic Nevada women, condensed and printed in the Reno Gazette-Journal during National Women’s History Month, was greatly appreciated by an elementary school teacher in Reno who wrote to express her appreciation for them. They will be part of her Nevada history unit for the coming school year.
