Replacing WolfCards
If you lose or damage your university identification card you need to go to the JCSU for a replacement ID card. The replacement card is $11.00 and you will have to show photo identification for the replacement card.
(Residence Hall Students can obtain a temporary card for weekend meals from the Dining Commons Office)
If you lose your card you can freeze your card by logging into the WolfCard Home web page and selecting the option to freeze your account. If you find your card you can un-freeze it in the same manner. Report your lost card to Wells Fargo if it is also your ATM/POS card.
If your card has been confiscated due to misuse you will have to talk to the Campus Card Manager to get your card back. If the card is confiscated more than once the case will be turned over to Judicial Review.

For anyone requiring a key(prox, door access card) a new card is $10 and a replacement $15.
