The WolfCard Program
Your WolfCard is your campus photo identification card used to obtain many services on campus including: Meals in the Down Under Cafe, Lombardi Recreation Center access, and checking out materials in the Knowledge Center.
Through a program with Wells Fargo Bank you can turn your WolfCard into an ATM/Point of Sale Card by linking your card to your Wells Fargo checking account. For more details please go to the banking page.

The number you need to make a guest deposit is on the back of the card and is a 6280070000xxxxxx number.
You will need to obtain this number from your student. If they lose their card and replace it they will get a new 628007 number so please be sure they keep you updated on any change.

Fill out the form and turn it into the WolfCard Office in the JOE room 204.
A deposit can be made for your use or for your UNR student!
The Advantage Cash program changing Spring Semester 2008. All Advantage Cash was moved to the Food Bucks program. When Food Bucks have been depleted deposits will be made to WolfBucks. Your Bonus Bucks will become Bonus WolfBucks and will be accepted in most WolfBucks locations on campus.

WHAT ARE WolfBucks, FoodBucks, BonusBucks, AND RolloverBucks?
WolfBucks is a declining balance (debit) account attached to your WolfCard. Funds deposited to WolfBucks can be used in most campus locations.
FoodBucks is a declining balance account that is part of a meal plan and attached to your WolfCard. Funds deposited to FoodBucks can be used in all campus dining locations. ADVANTAGE CASH is now FoodBucks.
BonusBucks is a 5% bonus credited to your account attached to your WolfCard. Earn BonusBucks whenever you make a deposit of $200 or more (in a single deposit) to WolfBucks. BonusBucks can be used in most campus locations. Bonus bucks can not be refunded or transfered to other users.
RolloverBucks is a credit from leftover meal plan meals attached to your WolfCard. RolloverBucks can be used only in certain campus dining locations.
Your WolfCard is also required for book buy back, athletic tickets and by a number of campus departments.
Deposits to your WolfBucks can be made at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services Building or any one of six Add Value Machines on campus. You can add WolfBucks to your card by cash or credit card. The machines are located in the Knowledge Center(2), Savitt Medical Library in the Pennington Building, outside the ID Card Office in the JCSU, Housing in Juniper Hall and DeLaMare Library in the Mackay Mines building.
A copy/guest card can also be purchased from the JCSU, Kknowledge Center, Mackay and Savitt machines for $5.00 with $4 of WolfBucks on them. The $1 difference is used for the cost of producing the card.
The guest cards purchased from the Add Value Machines can be used for purchases in any operation that accepts WolfBucks.

You can freeze your WolfCard if you lose it and reinstate it when you find it. Log into https://www.cis.unr.edu/freezewolfcard, and use your NetID to freeze your card.
If you do not find your card and have to replace it, get your new ID at the JCSU ID Card Center and then go on-line and un-freeze your card.
If your card is also a Wells Fargo card please call and freeze your card at 1.800.869.3557.
Freezing/Unfreezing Proximity or Key Cards
*If you use your ID card to access a building (prox or key card), when you freeze the card you are also freezing your access to buildings. This prevents unauthorized access to a building, should someone else find your card and try to use it. The building access will be frozen effective the same day you freeze your card or by the next next day. When you unfreeze your card, your building access will work again on the next business day. Email buildingaccess@unr.edu if you have questions about or problems accessing a building.
