Comprehensive Position List (CPL) Information:
The CBE (Contract & Budget Entry) update and Budget Calendar Overview will be February 23, 2010
(all are tentative dates at October 2009)
- March 2, 2010: Comprehensive Position Lists will be available in CAIS/Human Resources/Look Up Information
- March 3 @ 1:30pm or March 5 @ 9:30am or 1:30pm: CBE Interface training for users in the Glazner Training Room (Artemesia Bldg)
- April 12: the final merit steps need to be entered in the CBE (preferably well prior to this date)
- April 26: HR Data Capture date for FY11 Contract Prints.
- April 29: HR Contract Distribution meetings at 2pm or 3pm (register at http://www.cis.unr.edu/Training/Events.aspx).
- May 14: Position Lists for FY11 will be locked - meaning no further department requested changes (apart from clearing ATBD sponsored project account numbers) will be accepted.
