February 13, 2008: the comprehensive position lists will be distributed by the Budget Office to the campus community for their review.
March 17, 2008: the updated comprehensive position lists are due back to the budget office with changes and merit step information for PBA to compile and analyze.
April 4, 2008: the final merit step value will be announce to the campus community.
April 4, 2008: CAIS/Human Resources/Look Up Information/Comprehensive Position Listing will have position list data for FY09 including merit, COLA and fringe.
May 2, 2008: Position Lists for FY09 will be locked - meaning no further department requested changes (apart from clearing ATBD sponsored project account numbers) will be accepted.
