Comprehensive Position List (CPL) and Contract and Budget Entry (CBE) Information:
The Budget Calendar Overview for all fiscal officers and Budget/Personnel Coordinators will be in February 2012 from 11am - noon Location: TBA
- March 2: Draft Comprehensive Position Listing for the upcoming fiscal year will be available in CAIS/Human Resources/Look Up Information
- March CBE Interface training and update - by invitation only DATES and TIMES TBA
- Glazner Training Room (Artemesia Building) (Please register at Training)
- April 13: Final merit steps need to be entered in the CBE (preferably well prior to this date)
- May: HR Contract Distribution meetings in the Glazner Training Room (Artemesia Building)
- (Please register at Training).
- May 14: Position Lists will be locked - meaning no further department requested changes (apart from clearing ATBD sponsored project account numbers) will be accepted.
