Oversees the overall plan for the Human Resources Department which includes Affirmative Action, BCN Human Resources, and Faculty Human Resources. HR consultant to the President, Executive President/Provost, VPs, Vice Provost and Deans with a major focus on the compensation system design, HR process improvement, institution-wide training and development, and policy and procedure review and development.
