We strongly encourage new NRA employees to register for a New Nonresident Alien Employee Orientation offered through PD&T (WEB) as soon as they arrive at UNR. Orientation schedules are available at the Training Calendar page.
It is highly recommended that departments process NRA employees' paperwork with a SINGLE-ZERO W-4 (SAMPLE) without waiting for new NRA employees to sign up for a New NRA Employee Orientation (WEB). It will help facilitate processing new hire paperwork and prevent further delays.
