Symposium Registration
Registration for the symposium and all optional activities is available online. The registration module includes options to register for workshops, technical field trips, guest sight seeing trips and additional banquet tickets. Symposium, optional workshops and technical field trips provide contact hours that may qualify for PDH for PE and other professional certifications. Certificates of completion will be awarded to participants at the conclusion of each registered event; full attendance is required. Participants are responsible for determining eligibility and applying for these PDH designations within their professions.

Symposium Registration Fees and Options
Symposium/conference registration: $450, includes ticket to exhibits, symposium, welcome reception, three lunches, one banquet ticket and proceedings.
Exhibitor registration: $1,800, includes exhibitor booth, ticket to exhibits, symposium, welcome reception, three lunches, one banquet ticket and proceedings. Additional booth members must register as symposium participants. (See exhibitor information below.)

International registration: For any letters of introduction required for obtaining U.S. visas, please email Dr. Mousset-Jones at mousset@unr.edu.

Location/Accommodations
The 12th U.S. /North American Mine Ventilation Symposium will be held at John Ascuaga’s Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, Nevada, east of the University of Nevada, Reno campus and 15 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport.
A block of rooms is available for a reduced rate to symposium participants. Please use the code GUNR when making reservations to receive the Mine Ventilation Symposium room-rate discount.
Call John Ascuaga’s Nugget at 1-800-648-1177 or visit the Nugget’s online reservation page and use the reservation code: GUNR. Book by May 26 to guarantee room rate availability.

An excellent meeting room has been reserved for the exhibit area in John Ascuaga’s Nugget, with ample room to arrange social events and coffee service, etc., during the meeting.
Symposium exhibit booths are available for an exhibitor registration fee of $1,800 each, which covers:
• Rental of one 8’x10’ exhibit space and set up, including one table, two chairs and electricity to the booth
• One complimentary symposium registration
• One ticket to the welcome reception
• Sponsorship of the hospitality bar in the exhibit area (All sponsors will be listed in the symposium program, on the symposium website, on appropriate signage during your event, and on posters throughout the sessions.)
