Undergraduate Research Poster Conference (URPC 09)

The Office of Undergraduate Research, a division of the UNR Office of Vice President for Research, is pleased to hold the 2009 poster conference for undergraduate student researchers. The objective of URPC is to provide a forum for all undergraduate students, regardless of discipline and funding source, to present their research projects in a campus-wide event and receive recognition and feedback from peers and faculty.
Location and time: Student Union Ballroom B, 10-12 am

February 23: Abstracts Deadline
March 2: Abstract Selection
March 9: Registration Deadline
Registration Fee: None. However, all attendees must register.
Call for Abstracts: UNR undergraduate student researchers working on projects that have been completed or are near completion are invited to submit an abstract using the abstract template.
The abstracts must be submitted as a Word file by 5 pm on Friday, February 27, 2009 to ugresearch@unr.edu. Write “URPC-09 Abstract” in the subject line. Limit one abstract per student.
Incomplete abstracts or those not conforming to the instructions on the template will not be considered. Contact Karin Saxon at the Office of Undergraduate Research if you have any questions (ugresearch@unr.edu).
