The Quad < Sarah H. Fleischmann Building > Fleischmann Agriculture Building
Originally the Home Economics Building, the Sarah Fleischmann building was constructed in 1956-57 and named for Sarah Hamilton Fleischmann, wife to food industry (Standard Brands) executive Max C. Fleischmann. Building funds were donated by the Fleischmann Foundation, in conjunction with construction of the Fleischmann Agriculture Building. The Sarah H. Fleischmann Building houses several departments in the Division of Health Sciences as well as the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, the Department of Nutrition, the Child and Family Research Center, and the Center for Research Design and Analysis.
