Christina M. Hixson Softball Park < John Sala Intramural Fields > Applied Research Facility
The John Sala Intramural Fields are named in honor of John Sala, a native Nevadan who served as alumni director as well as superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for the University for 23 years. The fields, which feature all-weather “field turf” playing surface as well as lights, play host to a variety of campus intramural activities throughout the year, including football, rugby and soccer.
