Anticipated graduation date: May 2007

Major: Elementary Education and Psychology

Technology skills: I have been taking computer courses since I was 5, beginning with my Apple II GS. I have become the person my family and friends have come to rely on whenever something happens with a computer that they do not understand.

My technology examples: UNEA website (www.DH1racing.com), successful office manager at DH1 Racing Products and Cam Machining with emphasis on inventory, bookkeeping, orders, and invoices.

How I plan on integrating technology into my teaching: I try to keep up with the latest technological advances and learn by watching the children in my life what my students will
enjoy doing in the classroom. I think that by watching the types of games that children play and what impresses them technology-wise, I can keep my students interested in subject matter by making it
accessible to them in various ways.
