JTSU Programming Request for Co-Sponsorship

Services and Benefits of Co-sponsorship with the JTSU:

Access to the Pine Student Lounge for departments and community organizations.
Creation, printing, and distribution of promotional materials.
Ability to advertise on the University online calendars and list serves.
Frequent contact with Scheduling and Programming assistants trained to facilitate reservations and publicity requests for your specific program.
Programming staff trained to work with community and University members to ensure that all aspects of the program (i.e. communication with speakers/entertainment, attendance, and troubleshooting) run smoothly.
Provides event staff for programs that require extra attention concerning capacity, technology, documentation, etc.
