Looking to make a reservation? Our scheduling office is open from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. It is located in the Administrative Office on the fourth floor of the Joe Crowley Student Union. You can also make a reservation by contacting a Scheduling Assistant in the Administrative Office at 775-784-6505 or online by e-mailing the scheduling office at csures@unr.nevada.edu .

Opened in November 2007, the Joe Crowley Student Union is over 167,000-square-feet and includes a Grand Ballroom, a 220-seat, Digital Surround Sound movie theater, and several conference rooms. Each room is SMART Equipment-friendly. The Student Union has several vendors including Starbucks, Keva Juice, Tahoe Creamery, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen and Port of Subs, as well as a two-story ASUN Bookstore. Home to Silver & Blue Catering, the Student Union also plays host to the Center for Student Cultural Diversity, Graduate Student Association and ASUN. The Student Union is an environmentally friendly building and marks the beginning of the “Green Movement” at the University of Nevada. Features include motion detector lighted hallways, waterless urinals and solar windows. Within its first year of opening, the Student Union sponsored and was host to hundreds of community and campus-wide events; All Greek Ball, the 2008 Presidential Caucus, World Aids Day, Alumni Night, Late Night Programming, Reno High School Prom, Reno Jazz Festival, and the Washoe County Spelling Bee to name a few.
