We need your help!  An updated draft of the Joe Crowley Student Union’s Facility Usage Guidelines has been developed, but we need student’s feedback about the guidelines.   Please take a few minutes to help us improve.

These  guidelines are used by our Reservations Office to help clarify what event/meeting planners can expect from the Student Union staff and what we expect from you to help us make the most efficient and effective use of the Student Union.

We’d like your input:

1. If there is something that is confusing
2. If there is something that you think needs to be addressed in how we allocate space to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, or if you just might see a better way – we’d really appreciate suggestions on how we could improve
3. If there is something missing
4. (You can certainly also feel free to tell us what you like.)

We are hoping to get comments back by Friday, October 10th at 5:00 pm.  This will provide an opportunity for discussion in the Student Union Advisory Board (SUAB).
