The University of Nevada, Reno Parents’ Network invites all incoming Southern Nevada students and their parents to a special send-off event.

Join the University of Nevada, Reno Parents’ Network for a send-off reception to welcome our incoming Southern Nevada students and their proud parents. We want to help you prepare for the move to Reno and the University. Representatives will be available to answer your questions from various departments including Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Millennium Scholarship Program, Academic Advising, Residence Life, Housing and Food
Services and many more! You and your student will be welcomed to the Nevada family by current students, other parents, alumni and university administrators. Don’t miss this great opportunity to get your last minute questions answered and mingle with other families just like yours!

 

 

Directions to Angel Park Golf Club
Take US-95 to Summerlin Parkway. Head west on Summerlin Parkway to the Rampart Exit. Make a left turn on Rampart. The facility is located at 100 S. Rampart across from the JW Marriott and the Suncoast.

 

 

 

 

Each summer, the Parents’ Network hosts a send-off reception to welcome our incoming Southern Nevada students and their proud parents. This year's reception will be held at the beautiful Angel Park Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada on the evening of August 5th.

 

This reception is to help parents and their students prepare for the move to Reno and the university. Representatives of the University will answer parents' questions from various departments including academic deans, Financial Aid, Millennium Scholarship Program, Counseling, Residence Life

and Food Services, Career Development, and much more!

 

In addition to incoming students and their parents, Parents' Network parent volunteers, Student Ambassadors, alumni, the University band, and administrators of the University will take this great opportunity to mingle and answer questions.
