Degree Audit Reporting System at the University of Nevada, Reno

What is DARS?

DARS compares a student's course work, both Nevada and transfer, with the requirements of an academic degree program, and prepares a comprehensive report, or audit, which details the student's progress toward meeting those requirements.

New and Continuing Undergraduate Students may access the DARSweb application through ePAWS. DARS information is updated nightly for all active, undergraduate students. Changes to a student's academic record will be in DARS one business day after the change is made. Students and/or advisors should run and review an up-to-date DARS report prior to each advising session. (DARS records are not updated for students who are enrolled as non-degree or graduate students, have graduated, or have stopped-out for a semester or more until they are re-admitted to an undergraduate program.)

What's New

DARSweb is now available to students! You no longer have to wait for your college's weekly update to see current information in your on-line DARS report. You can run your own up-to-date DARS, in your declared major or in any other major. Select "degree audit" from ePaws, and log in using your student ID ("R-number") - enter the whole thing, including the "R" and the zeros - and the same PIN you use to log in to ePaws. See the "Get a DARS" page for more information.

DARSweb offers additional functionality, such as the ability to enter "planned courses" and see how they affect your progress toward graduation. Check out the DARSweb instruction page - available when you log in to ePaws and select "Degree Audit" - for details.
