Degree Audit Reporting System at the University of Nevada, Reno

How to get a DARS

Students may access their DARS report through ePAWS. Click the "I accept" button after reading the disclaimer on the menu page to illuminate the "Degree Audit" button. Click on "Degree Audit" to get to the DARSweb instruction page and login screen. Log in to the DARSweb application using your Student ID ("R-number") and the same PIN you use for ePaws.

DARSweb allows you to run up-to-date DARS reports. It is important to note that the Student Information and DARS systems communicate with one another via overnight data transfers, so:

1. a UNR course in which you register - or a grade that is posted - on one day will not be in DARS until the following day, and

2. transfer work that is processed or changed in DARS on one day, while it will show on your DARS report right away, will not be in the student information system until the following day. In some cases, it will take two days for the class to be recognized as a pre-requisite for registration purposes.

We recommend you access your own DARS report on-line, but you can always visit the Admissions and Records Office on the second floor of the Fitzgerald Student Services Building where a DARS report can be run for you at the front counter when you present a picture ID.
