How to get a DARS
Students may access their DARS report through ePAWS. DARS reports are updated overnight and may be viewed after 10am the following day - this is done once a week based upon the students' major.
To obtain a current DARS between web updates, visit the Admissions and Records Office on the second floor of the Student Services Building - a report can be run for you at the front counter when you present a picture ID.
Note: updates are viewable on ePaws/Xnet after 10am on the day following the scheduled update. For example, audits that update Monday night can be viewed after 10am on Tuesday. Some students with dual majors or dual degrees may have to check ePaws twice, on different days of the week,to get reports for both of their majors. Each major updates on the night designated for its college, and only the most recent is accessible on-line. Advisors using DARSweb can always see the most up-to-date DARS reports.

One update is run weekly, on Wednesday nights, for all students who have applied for graduation - from any college.
Updates do not occur on holidays, and may not occur during times of particularly heavy load on the system (such as during the first week or two of a new semester, or at the end of a semester while grades are being posted).
* The Monday night reports for Xnet/ePaws will not run on May 26 due to the Memorial Day holiday, and the regular Tuesday night reports will not run on May 27 due to processes needed for May degree-posting. The regular audit update schedule will resume the week of June 2. Advisors can always run up-to-date reports via DARSweb, and students can obtain updates at Admissions & Records (see above).
Please be aware that, due to the timing of overnight data transfers, some DARS reports - if generated close to the date of new registration transactions or posting of grades, when such activity is heavy - may contain incomplete information. Those reports should be correct after the following week's update.Advisors using DARSweb can always see the most up-to-date DARS reports.
