Finding Your Rhythm
College is a great time to discover who we want to be in our relationships, at work, and at play, and this discovery can be the foundation of health. In college you may find yourself dealing with influences from parents, peers, and media that make this self-discovery quite confusing. This confusion can disrupt your well-being. This group combines open conversations and the punctuation of percussion instruments to help you explore finding your beat to carry forward into composing your life music.
