We are located in the Clark Administration Building, Lower Level.
Information and written copies of University policies and procedures are available at the Office of Student Conduct. In addition, copies of report forms to assist us in providing you with services that you desire are available, should you wish to complete them after conferring with our office staff. The staff may assist you in evaluating whether a student misconduct incident report is appropriate, and/or whether you would prefer to have the misconduct addressed through disciplinary action or through a mediated resolution.
The Office of Student Conduct is open for these purposes and for regularly scheduled appointments during University business hours. If you receive a notice of referral for student misconduct from this office, you must contact the office to make an appointment to meet with the Director or her designee to resolve the concern.
