Donald Tibbitts Distinguished Teacher Award; Eric Wang, associate professor of mechanical engineering and this year's winner of the Regents' Teaching Award; and Ann-Marie Vollstedt '02 (mechanical engineering), '05M.S. (mechanical engineering), '05M.S. (secondary education), and a doctoral candidate in mechanical engineering, all pose in Nightingale Hall with a Steinway grand piano and the robot designed by a team of engineering and science students to compete in the 2009 Mars University Rover Challenge.
