Services Included In Your Health Care Fee

• Unlimited office visits. If less than 6 credits, the student must pay the health fee and $5 co-pay per visit
• Family planning
• Pharmacy services
• Nutrition counseling by appointment
• Some lab tests, others available at a nominal fee
• Allergy shots
• Cryo surgery (warts)
• Immunizations covered: MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and Td(diphtheria tetanus)
• Crutches and canes are available for loan
• Some minor surgery
• Women's health services
• Sports medicine including injury care and consultation
• All visits are confidential. No information will be released to anyone without your written consent

• X-rays
• Confidential HIV testing (blood test $12)
• Dermatology services by appointment ($10 per visit)
• Orthopedic casting
• Inhalation therapy treatment
• Cryo surgery (cervical)
• Pathology reading of PAP test

• Physical examination if required for employment, school admission, or academic requirements
• Counseling services by appointment
• Psychiatry services by appointment
