Reorganized in Fall, 2002, this committee reports to the President through the Special Assistant to the President for Diversity. Participation is open, on a continuing basis, to all members of the university community. Faculty can select this committee through the Faculty Senate's committee selection process or by contacting the committee directly. Volunteers are always welcome.
Assist university faculty, staff, and students in balancing their work/school and family lives.
Meeting Schedule through June, 2008: the 4th Wednesday of each month, 12:15-1:15, in the Phillips Conference Room (Clark Administration, 202).
The University of Nevada, Reno invites you and your children to Story Time at the Getchell Library. Bring your children for stories, activities and snacks hosted by the Work and Family Taskforce. Who: children ages 4-7 accompanied by an adult. Cost: Free. Parking: Free in any UNR parking zone. Where: Instruction Room 3, lower level of Getchell Library.
