Family Village: Provides resources on mental retardation and other disabilities, links to disability related discussion groups, links to disability related websites, and links to websites that sell or review disability related print material. This program comes out of the Waisman Center of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Waisman Center's main purpose is the advancement of knowledge about developmental disabilities through research and practice. National Governors' Association (NGA): A bipartisan organization provides a forum for Governors to exchange views and experiences.
