Hear Sue Harris of the Sanford Center for Aging explain a novel approach to caring for someone with dementia: Understand where the person believes he or she is and then play along until you can gently redirect behavior. Harris spoke at the RSVP Senior Outreach Services (SOS) Volunteer Education Talk Oct. 6, 2009, in Reno.
