Directors’ Schedules
Each group’s warm-up, performance and feedback schedules and locations can be found in the Directors' Schedule.
Adjudication Forms
Each group competing in the Reno Jazz Festival is required to fill out and bring FOUR copies of the appropriate festival adjudication forms for choirs, bands and combos. It is easy— just fill out the writable PDF form and print out FOUR copies of both pages. Be sure to note your soloist so that they can be properly acknowledged if they are selected for an outstanding musician or other individual festival award. Staple page one to page two and bring all three sets with you to the festival to provide to the adjudicators in your competition room.
