Group Performance Fees
(In addition to group performance fees, each student and chaperone attending the festival must purchase an Individual Festival Pass; see Festival Pass Options, below.)

Group performance fees include:

one complimentary Festival Pass
use of warm-up room prior to performance (no piano, amps or drums provided)
adjudicated competition performance, including digital feedback files (available online after the festival) and forms (piano, amps and drums provided)
feedback clinic based on performance (piano, amps and drums provided)

MS/Jr. HS/HS/College Jazz Band(s) $160 per group, PLUS Individual Festival Pass for each member

Vocal Ensemble(s) $160 per group, PLUS Individual Festival Pass for each member

All festival participants and attendees MUST purchase and display one of the following Festival Passes (colored wristbands).

Jazz Fan Pass (Premier package is good for all events and concerts, April 24-26, including a center-section seat at April 24 concert in Nightingale Concert Hall and floor seating at April 25 and 26 evening concerts at Lawlor Events Center) Individual price: $60, based on availability (Order early; quantity is limited.)
Festival Pass (Good for all events, April 25-26; April 24 concert NOT INCLUDED) Group order price (minimum purchase of five passes): $20 each / $22 each after April 1 Individual price: $25
Friday Pass (Good for all events, April 25 ONLY) Group order price (minimum purchase of five passes): $15 each / $17 each after April 1 Individual price: $20

Individual Concert Tickets
To purchase individual tickets in advance (with a convenience fee), visit the University’s arts365 virtual box office at www.unr.edu/arts or call 1-800-225-2277. Tickets may also be purchased in person (without a convenience fee) on the University of Nevada, Reno campus at the Lawlor Events Center box office, open weekdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-1 p.m. If not sold out, tickets may also be purchased at the door the evening of each performance. Refunds
Full refunds will be given if the festival is cancelled by Extended Studies. Participant-initiated cancellations must be received on or before March 3, 2008, and will be subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 3, 2008.
