Registration opens Monday, January 13, 2014 and closes on Sunday, May 25, 2014. Registration fees will include access to the welcome reception, plenary lectures, technical sessions, poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the awards reception and banquet. Guest registration options are also available to all attendee spouses. Included in the cost of each guest registration category is a $50 registration fee in addition to the cost of the social event(s). Attendees are encouraged to register in advance as onsite fees will be slightly higher. All speakers are required to register for the conference.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing by Sunday, May 25, 2014 in order to receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation processing fee.
