Facilities and Scheduling

Requests to use Raggio Research Center facilities are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with a fee estimate (if applicable). The Raggio Research Center does not charge for the occasional use of its facilities for events that are directly related to regular University of Nevada, Reno courses and other approved functions. All other uses (e.g., grant-supported meetings, professional development seminars, etc.) are subject to fees.

Amenities and Descriptions

• WRB 4116 - Computer Lab: learn more about the computer lab.
• WRB 4001 - Multipurpose Room: 3400-square-foot open space, smart podium with computer and ELMO, large motorized screen with ceiling-mounted projector, UNR Net ID wireless Internet access. 10 guest Net ID logons available for non-UNR patrons- details needed well in advance of reservation to secure logons.
• WRB 4001 - Conference Area: 480-square-foot semi-open area with 16-foot conference table, 10 chairs, UNR Net ID wireless Internet access. 10 guest Net ID logons available for non-UNR patrons- details needed well in advance of reservation to secure logons.
• WRB 4117 - Seminar Room #1: 1000-square-foot standard classroom with white board, television, overhead projector, and table and chairs for 40 people.
• WRB 4118 - Seminar Room #2: 1000-square-foot wet lab classroom with white board, television, overhead projector, and table and chairs for 36 people. Also has side counter with six sinks and front lab table with one sink.

NOTE: Food service, custodial services and/or table/chair setup involve special arrangements and fees. Do not bring your own food to the center.
