CHS 380		Research Methods I An in-depth understanding of the research process, including review of epistemology, paradigms, methods and interpretation.
CHS 473		Introduction to Epidemiology In introduction to fundamental epidemiologic principles and concepts, with the overarching goal of developing epidemiologic thinking.
CHS 703R		Applied Health Data Analysis Methods and software packages in biostatistics typically used in epidemiological research and practice including data management and multiple regressions.
CHS 780		Biostatistics in Public Health Introduction to the underlying principles of biostatisics and a variety of statistical applications in public health research.

Research Interests

Dr. Lu's interests are in Panel Count Data Analysis, Survival Data Analysis, Longitudinal Data Analysis, Nonparametric and Semiparametric Regression, Statistical Computing, and Statistical Methods in Epidemiology.
