Linda J. Parrott Hayes, Ph.D.
Linda Hayes received her Ph.D. in Psychology in 1983 from Western Michigan University. She has held academic positions at West Virginia University (1980-83), and St. Mary´s University in Canada (1983-1987). She founded the Behavior Analysis Program at UNR in 1990 and had served as the Director of the Program until 2002. Her scholarly work focuses on behavior theory and philosophy, and the experimental analysis of human and animal behavior, the latter in conjunction with bio-medical engineers. Her applied work is in the area of behavioral systems analysis in higher education. Her entrepreneurial activities center on off-site delivery of graduate training in behavior analysis.
