This workshop considers teaching the subject of political psychology at both the undergraduate and graduate level including dissertation research. The course provides both new and experienced scholars with ideas and tools for integrating political psychology into their courses and during one-on-one mentoring. Subjects covered will span the curriculum with presentations by experts on teaching both mass politics and studies of elites. These discussions will include consideration of courses that focus exclusively on political psychology and those that include it as one aspect of a larger course at the introductory, advanced undergraduate, and graduate levels. In particular, the course will offer advice on syllabi construction and teaching techniques.

Registration fee is $15 faculty, $5 graduate students, payable to Political Psychology Short Course. Please send registration to Douglas Foyle, 238 Church Street, Government Department, Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT 06459, USA.
