Telling My Story: Memoirs of Today’s Woman is an exciting project for Nevada women who wish to preserve and share their family and life histories. The project was originally created as Letters from Nevada’s Daughters. As the Twenty-first Century emerges, it is time to compile facts about Nevada women and their thoughts about their lives and times. Each woman who participates will write a letter to her family regarding a certain area of her life. The first two topics, which will not be published but used for statistical purposes, are biological and genealogical in nature, They are to encourage women to think about their family and its roots as part of their background.
