NNELI for Paraprofessionals
May 1, 2013- The Northern Nevada English Learning Initiative (NNELI) is pleased to announce the application cycle for the Fall 2013 Paraprofessional Cohort. Applications are available on the Paraprofessional “How to Apply” page.
Applications will be accepted through June 1, 2013.
NNELI will provide selected paraprofessionals in Northern Nevada with a multi-modal professional development program designed to meet their unique needs.
Each module will include a face-to-face meeting on the first Thursday of each month, September 2013 through May 2014, from 5:00- 7:00 in the evening. During the month, participants will complete the rest of the module online.
"Teacher aides" who are chosen for the NNELI program will receive college credits or money when they complete the program.
