NFA Membership and Dues Structure

Any faculty member in the UCCSN System appointed at 0.5 FTE or above can become a full time active member of NFA/AAUP and enjoy full membership benefits. (For part time membership information click here.)

Effective January 1, 2004 the new NFA Dues Structure, approved by the NFA membership and adopted by the NFA State Board, is as follows:

- Gross Annual Income under $40,000: Dues are $20 per month.

- Gross Annual Income from $40,000 to $60,000: Dues are $25 per month.

- Gross Annual Income over $60,000: Dues are $30 per month.

- Part-time/Adjunct Faculty: Dues are $45 per year.

Faculty spouse: Same as above, but 50% off for life ($15 per month cap).

Emeritus faculty: No dues for life. Subscription to Academe (required by AAUP) $30 per year.
