Another “mini-mission” with the objective of reproducing a floater (same objectives as NBS-07-04).  To obtain a floater, we fill the first balloon so that it has two pounds of free lift (we used a pilot balloon for this mission). The second balloon (300 gram in this case) is filled to provide neutral buoyancy for the payloads. Combined, the two balloons give you 2 pounds of free lift. Mission was successful.
