University’s College of Business welcomes five new corporate partners

Corporate Partners help engage with and inform students about best business practices

The University of Nevada, Reno's College of Business announced Alice Heiman LLC, Peppermill Reno, Server Technology, Soho Flordis International and Whitney Peak Hotel have joined as Corporate Partners. These businesses, along with other Corporate Partners, work closely with the College of Business throughout the year and often recruit its graduates.

The College of Business partners with a number of companies, ranging from Reno-area businesses to international technology corporations, to help students gain first-hand experience and insight into the business world. Representatives from many of the college's Corporate Partners, sit on a Career Connections Advisory Board, which provides expert counsel on enhancing the employability of students and alumni of the college.

Corporate Partners receive access to undergraduate and graduate students at the College of Business through job postings on Career Navigator, College of Business career fairs, student networking events, the Honors & Awards Banquet and graduation receptions. Partners also have the opportunity to network with students, alumni, faculty and other top business leaders at various College of Business events.
