The Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center is collecting canned goods for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, in an effort that will run through Nov. 15.
Canned goods of all sorts are welcome, though protein is especially needed. Examples of protein-rich food include tuna chicken and peanut butter.
Donations can be deposited at the cut-out Wolfie and a corresponding donation container at the south end of the Knowledge Center's breezeway.
