Few would argue that physical fitness doesn't go a long way toward achieving academic success. The mind does not live on textbooks alone.
Fortunately for Nevada students, the Campus Recreation and Wellness (CRW) program offers an array of options for staying fit.
A membership with Campus Recreation & Wellness (commonly called a "Lombardi Pass") allows full access to the facilities and drop-in classes offered inside the Lombardi Recreation Center. Memberships are sold for each academic term as well as discounted, year-long passes.
The program's drop-in classes provide student with one-hour sessions multiple days a week. This semesters classes include yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and CrossFit.
In addition, CRW administers the campus' intramural sports program, offering leagues and tournaments in sports ranging from flag football to wiffleball.
