Search for VP for Health Sciences/School of Medicine Dean nears completion

The search for the Vice President for Health Sciences, Dean of the School of Medicine has completed on-campus interviews, according to Marsha Read, vice president for research and chair of the search committee.

Input on the candidates has been solicited and the search committee will be providing input to President Milt Glick on the strengths and weaknesses of each of the acceptable candidates.

The next phase of the search process will be to initiate further in-depth discussions and dialogues with candidates with a goal of announcing the selection as soon as possible, Read said.
