Virginia Riley has proven herself to be a cut above the rest. In her position in the Custodial Department of the University she has consistently exceeded expectations. During an event outside of Virginia's normal work she excelled at capturing and maintaining an effective flow of work which would have impressed anyone, let alone her own supervisor. Virginia has an ability to embrace and flow with changes while maintaining her own personal high standards of work efficiency. She is always cheerful and personable and maintains a positive attitude, making the University a more pleasant place to be when she is around. We would like to thank and honor Virginia Riley as a much respected winner of the June Classified Employee of the Month.
As an employee of the month, she receives not only the accolades from the President of the University and the Staff Employees Council, but she also receives the coveted “blue card” which gives discounts to the ASUN bookstore, Fleischmann planetarium gift shop, free use of the facilities at Lombardi and other wonderful discounts around campus.
