Housing and Dining’s Meyer earns prestigious national award

Russ Meyer, the University of Nevada, Reno’s associate director for housing operations and dining services, recently was awarded the Richard Lichtenfelt Award during the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) annual conference. The event was held July 8-11 in Milwaukee.
The award is named after the association’s first president, Richard Lichtenfelt, and is presented in recognition of outstanding service to NACUFS on a national level.
David Annis, director of housing and foodservices at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla., was also presented the award.
